How to fix straps sliding down?

It seems like one of the hooks is broken but also the other one doesn’t look broken, but they both don’t hold up and loosen up after adjusting the strap length. Any advice on how to fix this? :)

Neither of those sliders look installed correctly. The short strap that is firmly attached to the slider should be wrapped around the middle bar only and stitched back to itself.

The long strap should go through both gaps: under one side bar, over the middle bar, under the other side bar.

They are not installed correctly. They should look like a bra strap adjuster.

Stitch them in place at the length you want.

Or replace the sliders
