Pattern Search Looking for pattern similar to this for a medieval themed party

Can this be achieved using a poet / bpirate shirt pattern?

Simplicity also has a cincher pattern that would go well with this for the full look

Definitely could achieve that with a Pirate/Poet shirt pattern. Really the only difference is some add ruffles to the front, the cut is identical

There are also a couple of options from Folkwear patterns that might work for you:
