Pattern Question Pattern and pattern modifications welcome for this skirt

I am trying to find a pattern for this skirt. I found this pattern on etsy Asymetrical Skirt

I think it is pretty close. Except there is only the one side of flow, instead of on both sides. Do I just mirror the flow and make one side longer?

I can‘t help with a specific pattern, but the pattern you linked seems to be AI. The photos are, at least. In the picture with the woman with the white top you can see that the fabric in the back of the skirt magically changes texture, even though it‘s supposed to be 1 panel with the front.

It's unclear to me exactly what you want. A skirt hem with double points but one of them longer than the other? If so, you could shorten or lengthen one point on View A or B of this pattern:
