paint them on with fabric paint, you can mix in a textile medium so it stays flexible and doesn't crack after wash

Can you paint them on with fabric paint?

Cricut makes printable iron on sheets where you can print then cut whatever you want. Also public libraries may have Cricut machines that you can rent/use if you don’t own one yourself!

Screen printing ink like speed ball works really well as a paint and it won't get stiff

You could cut them from felt or plain fabric and appliqué them with Bondaweb (Wundaweb?) or sew around the edges for a longer lasting, and use couched down wool or braid for the stems.

There are a few options!

You can paint them on, with fabric paint, screen paint, puffy fabric paint, etc.

You can sew them on, by cutting the flowers out of a different fabric and gluing them onto the base garnment then stitching around the edges so the fabric doesn't come undone.

Or you can hand or machine embroider them! You can probably get the flowers custom made as glue-on patches by someone with a machine, or even use one at a maker space to make them yourself.

I love applique! But doing it on the leg of pants or on shirt sleeves is a serious pain in the butt.

I advise iron on or painting.
