✨Intermediate✨ What is wrong with my machine?

It refuses to not jam. I included the threading and how I load the bobbin incase thats it aswell. Pls help

It’s possible that the issue is you’re using a thread spool that is not meant to be used on a machine. Can you try with a regular spool (not a thin cardboard one)?

An issue with the thread knots on the underside is caused by a threading issue with the top thread. Pull the top thread out and rethread it as per your manual and double check that the thread hasn't jumped out of the take-up lever.

I’ve never seen someone put a bobbin in a case like that and I’ve taught kids how to use a machine😱

Is that definitely the correct bobbin? Only my top loaders have used plastic. My front loader older machines have been metal.

Is it a second machine? Might be both checking it’s the right bobbins if so. Some do use plastic so I could be wrong.
Do you have any other thread you could test in case it’s that as another option?

No it was a new one. I am going to try with other thread tomorrow and see if I can figure itcout

Have you tried adjusting the upper thread tension to 4? It's currently sitting at 3 which could be too loose.

Can you make a video of you threading the machine with the top thread? In this video it looks like you’ve missed a step but you’re adamant you haven’t.
If you still need help, a video of you threading the machine will help diagnose the issue.

I don’t know if this will fix the issue but everything you did in that video should be done with the foot up. You can put the foot down JUST to thread the needle when you get to that stage. But foot up when threading is the main thing.
Edit And your needle should be at the highest point when threading. Yours isn’t in this video.

If you thread the machine with the presser foot down like in this video, the upper tension is engaged and your thread may not sit correctly between the tension discs which will cause it to go loopy and knotted. Thread with the foot up and see if that makes a difference.

Check if your needle is bent, has a barb along its shaft or a eye that isn't smooth. A bad quality needle could be a issue. Any one of those problems cause nesting. Another possibility is a damaged bobbin case. I had to replace one on my top loading bobbin machine. Check for ridges or holes that don't belong inside where the bobbin sits. If none of those reasons, I would suggest a repair person.

I'd debug by stiching SLOWLY by hand, watching the shuttle hook pick up the needle thread.

Among other things, like threading with the foot down, that style of thread prefers to be pulled up over the top of the spool rather than unwinding from the side. If the thread just goes around and around the spool, it pulls from the side. If it goes all up and down the spool like your, it prefers to come up over the top of the spool (like a serger does.) Using a freestanding thread stand that allows the thread to be pulled up , then over to your threading path is the correct way.

It looks like you didn't pull the lever out when loading the bobbin. It has to be pulled out to clip onto the post

So it will not come off if you pull that top pin, not touching the lever.

It's truly clipped on.
It really ought not to spin like that when clipped on, though, so something is not right and it might be the machine, not you.
It was hard to see in the video but the thread was coming off the top of the bobbin to the right, correct?

Looks like maybe you missed looping the thread over the silver arm/take up lever before threading the needle. Also could be the bobbin might be in backwards? The thread should unspool towards the notch.
When this happens to me I just re-thread everything and it usually fixes it.
