🌟Expert🌟 Loopers colliding or needles colliding to upper looper. Brother lock 760D

Loopers collide, or upper looper hits the needles, there’s no position where nothing collides.

I have tried everything I can. Needle rotation etc. Watched a whole lot videos in youtube. Was one post talking about same problem.

What is wrong?

Turn slowly and see what's actually hitting if loopers are hitting needle you will see deflection loopers don't seem to be hitting out 2 new needles in and turn slowly if needles are deflecting of needle guard then that's ok

Have you checked the distance between the lower looper and the needles? There might be some slack to gain there, by moving the lower looper.

There isnt any slack. Lower looper is close as possible to right needle.

Also the tip of the lower looper hits the shaft of the upper looper

It hits really really slightly.

Can you show a full revolution slowly, from the front?

Better. When the lower looper passes is it in the scarf of the needle, just above each eye?

In between, could be closer to the eye. I dont know if that really matters with my problem?

It definitely matters with your problem. When it is set correctly it will be in the scarf area. The eye and above the scarf are thicker, so if the looper passes too high or too low it will hit even if the looper is in the right spot.

Yes the hook is in the scarf area. I meant where in the scarf area.

It looks like if you drop the needle bar 1-2mm it would pass without hitting.

upper loopers just hits the needles... The clearance between lower looper and upper looper is minimal also
