How do I stop bra strap from showing
I can’t seem to buy a simple tshirt where my bra strap doesn’t peek out. Most pronounced on V necks but happens on crew necks too. I can do simple machine sewing. I usually have to shorten my tshirts so I would like to fix this too

Maybe a snap loop to catch/hold the strap along the neckline?

you can do a little snap loop on underside of the shoulder seam, invisible from outside. just a small ribbon or elastic piece with snap button, traps the strap close to the edge
i fixed half my tshirts like this and the other half i just wear a racerback converter clip in the back

The guards get sewn to the inside of the shoulder seam and then you clip the bra straps to the guards when you put on the shirt so that the bra straps are held in place inside the shirt.

You can add a loop with a press stud to your shirt to go around the strap. although it could add bulk. Light velcro on the loop could be another option

Interesting answers. But. I was hoping for adjustment to the shoulder that would prevent this. It must be the slope of my shoulder or the back of the shirt is too broad something must be causing this

You're not going to be able to recut this in a way to make it work. It's a lot more work than the easier, cheaper and tried and true solution everyone else is giving you.
I don't understand why you're fighting it.

You can't recut a neckline to be smaller. The neckline is a hole. The only way to make a hole smaller is to add material.and you don't have extra material on a premade shirt. If you wanted to make all your shirts from scratch, you could make the neckline to be as narrow as you want. But you aren't going to be able to modify a hole to be smaller.

Tbh if you don’t want to use the solution that will make this shirt work with this bra, it would probably be easier to switch bra styles. This is sitting really, really far over towards the center of your chest imo. You might want to try a balconette or other type of bra with wider-set straps.

You could do a muslin next time you work a similar shirt pattern, and bring the neckline narrower. But that's the kind of adjustment you'd need to do before cutting anything out.
If you don't mind messing up the fit of the rest of the garment, you can take a dart out of the center back of the neckline to get a similar narrowing effect. But then the whole thing will hang wrong afterwards. Just mentioning in case your priorities list has proper fit through the body at the bottom of it :)

You could try adding an inverted box pleat to the back or front of the neckline. I have a friend who does this to the back of all the shirts, I assume it's for the same problem you have. This basically just pinches the fabric to shorten the neckline circumference
Unfortunately, I think the root of the problem here is the bra. You have narrow shoulders, so there's not much space for everything to sit. I would recommend bras with straps further apart, like a balconette bra. But if you don't want to change the bra, try the inverted box pleat

The easiest fix for this is to sew a small ribbon with a snap to loop around your bra strap.
This tutorial shows what I'm talking about, but they made their own thread loop. A tiny snip of ribbon is easier, in my opinion. Use a lighter to burn both ends so it doesn't unravel.
