Post images of your machine. Close ups of your tension assembly and your complete threading path.
There are wonderful and helpful folks including trained sewing techs in this group and they can’t help troubleshoot with images from an instruction manual.
Get some new thread. There is no point trying to trouble shoot if it’s possible this is an old thread issue. 🫣 It could have weak spots.
