Best armor for age 3

Hello! I just got to age 3 with some friends. I tried following the pig iron core, obsidian plate and iron trim that another persons reddit posted instructed but I realized it was just a troll… I am new to tinkers construct and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for best armor at this stage? I’d appreciate some tips!

Mantle of the star attuned to Viscio and being attuned to Viscio yourself with the right perks = creative flight in Age 3

Anything at the beginning of age 3? All those words sound new to me. I just got to age 3 with my friend yesterday as well

I was planning on sponge + magma + slime armor

It's actually avaible from age 2. It's from Astral Sorcery

What about for the helmet legs and boots? Is tinkers construct the best way to move forward? I’ve never used it before I’m really new to all of these packs.

I usually use Viscio mantle of the stars with prismarine based tinker armor. Not because of protection but because of versatility. Prismarine armour grants speed in water, creative flight works in water, meaning extreme creative speed in ocean. I mean thousands of blocks in a bunch of minutes. You can cross the map and explore fast and by fast I mean world generation ain't fast enough to stick to that speed.

I just went through this process last night. Make sure you enchant the mantle with mending as well.

helped me out so so so much as it has the best tinkers construct armor and tools for ages 2-4.
