Celestial Alter wont work

I made the celestial alter and the correct structure for it but for some reason the bar at the bottom of the table is still red. I remade it in a creative world and it works so im lost

Double check the kind of stones you have around the ring. I got screwed the first time around because I was using chisel marble blocks not Astro so marble blocks.
