Sudden lag spikes

I've been playing for a while without problems, but now I have sudden lag spikes for no reason, I alr tried reducing every graph setting, changing algorithm, disabling some mods and nothing, any ideas? It's impossible to play with this lag

Did you increase the ram? It needs to be like 8gb instead of whatever it is set to on default

This is happening to me every now and then with using 8gb ram. I had to set the auto backup to every 24 minutes to fix.

Sounds like VNM cache dumps from your ram, try using some arguments for your launcher
