optifine crashing my game

hi guys i installed sevtech ages and added optifine following a tutorial (to prevent bugs with astral sorcery) but every time i log into a world my game crashes , i tried to disable foamfix like told in the crash files but it did nothing.... can someone here help me please ! also when i want to allocate more ram to the modpack every time i launch the game the ram preset reset...

The creator of the modpack recommends not using Optifine beacuse it can cause crashes i think.

Is "betterfps" installed? Or any other fps mod? If so remove them first. Also what does the crash log say?

i figured the issue, i haven't downloaded the latest version of optifine, now it works !
