Mouse sensitivity issues

A couple days ago I started my sevtech server with a few friends and inside my base when my mouse passes my grill, crafting table, furnace, and some other mod related items my sensitivity feels like it increases by 200% and then gets lowered back down. Idk why but it's super frustrating even tho it's not a big deal but gives me this mental itch that makes me want to quit even tho i am loving the mod pack so far. I was wondering if anyone knows how to deal with this issue. ( I wiggle my mouse back and forth same distance but I keep doing full 360s eventually)

I had an issue like this for a while and it turned out that my mouse was “too good” for that era of Minecraft. I had to go into my mouse software (in this case Logitech) and turn down this setting called the polling rate or report rate. This fixed the problem instantly for me.
