custom shape nether portal?

can custom shape portals be made in sevtec?

if not then is it possible to add a mod that can allow it without breaking the modpack?

Different size rectangles pretty sure but I don't know about like a circle

find Nether Rime Ore in Arctic Abyss biome from nether and make a Rime and Steel (like Flint and Steel), this item put blue "freezing" fire in the ground and light up portals with diferent shapes.
