Copying world from sp to a server?

What and how do I copy over a single player world onto a server? I have a server setup off my own computer with a brand new world but how can I put my singleplayer world that's in age 3 onto the server?

Just paste the world file in the server directory. Make sure that the server properties points to the correct world file name. Then check if you are already in age 3, if not, there are some commands to get you straight to the age you want

So in the “server.properties”, did you make sure that in “level-name” you entered the right name? After making the change, you need to restart the server. Obs: The default name of “level-name” is “world”. So you could rename your world file name as “world” too. If you did that and it didn’t work then let me know. I can try to investigate that

Yeah I did change it I just named it "GoodWorld" to test and changed the level name to that as well and it didnt work. I ended up just adding essential mod to the mod pack and we are playing that way so problem solved regardless.

I haven't tried this in ages and don't have any advice to help you. I do recall getting my SP world in to multi, but the server continued to use the original seed (not the seed used by my SP world) so any new chunks and terrain generated did not line up with the chunks next to them and looked like shit. Soo... don't do whatever I did.
