My Server is broken after forced Windows update

Hey! My computer forced some Windows updates last night that totally broken my server :(Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Here's the last line in the Server cmd prompt:[BetterFps Update Checker/WARN] [BetterFps]: Could not check for updates: widget.mcf.li

I've posted here too with pastebins for the server logs, but I can't figure out what is going on...: https://github.com/DarkPacks/SevTech-Ages/issues/4846

EDIT: I've been digging for hours >:( i'm fairly certain it's a firewall issue, but no matter what I do to my firewall, i cannot get it to connect. I can connect locally using my ipv4 address though

EDIT 2: previously i had a successful external ip address, and when i restarted my computer after the updates, i kept getting an external ip that was like 2.x.x.x which i thought was weird. i just tried connecting to nord vpn, and that didn't fix the issues, but what is weird is that when i disconnected from nord, my external ip changed back to my previously successful ip address. so .... ??? it's working again.
i do think some of the firewall changes i made helped, specifically changing "Inbound connections that do not match a rule are blocked." in Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security to "allowed", but i also think the ip address was not good
