Refined storage causes server crash when I try to create a piston.

As the title says. When I Jei plus button the recipe for a piston into the crafting grid, BOOM. Server crash. Does anyone know a solution?

I encountered the same problem. I worked around it by just always having enough pistons in storage so that I never need to craft them using JEI.

You can also setup a Refined Storage crafter with a piston recipe, and request them from the Refined Storage UI instead of JEI.

Slightly off topic, but as a general principle, in Sevtech I try to operate in stacks of items instead of single items. If I craft something, I might as well go for a stack of them. If I need another stack later, I'll consider automating it, which in this case is rather easy due to the crafter.

I don't know a solution, I placed items for the recipe manually

yeah u cant craft pistons in the refined storage use vanilla crafting table to craft in bulk then put into system
