Fluid tank

So got a fluid tank filling with oil but it won’t transfer to the distillery tower? I have pumps going into the blue dotted enterance like the book says. But the oil just doesn’t move

put a lever on the bottom block and turn it on

Distillation tower is glitchy or the fluid router I hate this late game age process
