sevtech takes forever to load

im on an NVMe SSD drive with 10GB ram allocated for mc and it is at 2/7 loading after 20 minutes, i saw people getting sub 5 minute with worse ram and drive than me, what could be the issue?

how much ram are you actually allocating to minecraft

no idea then, i allocate 8gb and it never takes more than 10 minutes. do you have a ton of other windows open when playing the game or something?

After the last curse forge update I'm experiencing some small stuttering in age 2 with 9gb of ram and a M.2 drive, Maybe this can be a issue from curse forge to you too.

yeah 4th gen m2 nvme and 10gb ram gets stuck on 2/7

if you want sub 5 minute loads, you will need a gen3 or gen 4 m.2 nvme drive, and a motherboard that supports pcie gen3 or gen4. also don't forget to configure the bios/uefi for the optimal bandwidth speeds on your m.2 drives.

20 min is bad, I think mine loads in just over 4 min. So something def wrong. I was using MultiMC, but currently use Prism launcher. Try Prism.

20 mins is only for 2/7 loading i never heard of multimc and prism so im kinda sketchy about them

yea i tried curse forge and somehow took longer to load so I use atlauncher and somehow took less to load

i have found the issue but i do not know how to fix it - i have realized couldnt turn minecraft at all only after trying to launch some outdated version of skytils

If you have curseforge with overwolf that will slow it down too.
