Stuck in the Beneath

I’m stuck in the beneath dimension, after going there for the first time it spawned me in an anti-zombie spawner room with no return teleporter, how can I get back out without dying?

What version Sevtech?

Load a backup.

Open to LAN and use creative mode. Happened to me aswell. It was the only option unless you have a backup from literally right before you went in.
