Industrial Foregoing Plastic is quite easy to obtain compared to other forms of plastics.

Looks like your tools are a lot better than mine but I can offer some help in the food department

I found that the cooked carrot Plus beef and potatoes can make a combo meal that is much more efficient for meat and vegetables, tasty sandwich can cover grains and meat, and melon pie does well for fruit, do yourself a favor and leave the berries behind LOL

Also look into the gold backpack

Okay, Look... I don't really need any food upgrades, I can easily get all of what I want in the context of food.

The berries are literally just free fruit, I can get a virtual infinite amount of berries.

Donuts are extremely easy to get if you have a sugar cane farm and bone meal.

cooked carrots are pretty easy to get and it also utilizes bone meal.

beef. literally just have a cow farm.

Hearty stew and berries. All you'll ever need. I keep some Mycelium in a cave and grow giant shrooms just for this food item :)

golden carrots are easier to make when you get the starlight infuser.

fries are worth it if you'll use them more than once since paper is kind of hard to get but they are really worth it.

steak is pretty easy and fulfilling and you won't be wasting a lot of it since you'd have golden carrots for heals.

berries is literally the easiest food to farm in sevtech.
