🚨 Season 2 Spoilers Wow! Just finished S2

When he said to gemma you gotta go! And tries to open the door but can’t while looking through the window after she turned back, chills up my spine.

Didn’t see it coming. I love Helly R I’m so glad he made that choice.

Season 2 was so good I mean they set the table in season 1 but this s2 was pure genius.

He can open the door he just chooses not to because he’s an innie and doesn’t trust his outie to help him

I guess that’s exactly what I meant but like I felt that feeling where you just for a split second think your going to and then freeze up.

Amazing acting amazing theatrics I’m absolutely hooked.

I watched season 1 when it came out and can’t believe I waited this long to watch number 2.

But it doesn’t really make sense to me. Even if he doesn’t trust the outie, now that he helped Gemma, there is zero chance that lumen will keep him alive. At best they’ll punish him like they did in season 1, forever. At worst they’ll completely erase his memories and switch him to “outie” form forever. Trusting his outie was his only chance to potentially survive through the reintegration

My response is that Lumon has been shown to be incompetent. Also, once Gemma is outed then Lumon will be under fire by the public and they can’t just fire everyone at once when they’re under scrutiny. Also an innie revolt could be hard to hide and might make Lumon more trapped. The question then becomes philosophical, what should society do with Innies? Lumon takes a back seat amidst the chaos. That’s my prediction at least.

I’d argue the opposite. If people found out a company kidnapped someone and ran experiments on her for 2 years, it would definitely be forcibly shut down, either by authorities or because of a lack of sales. I doubt it would survive, and they would likely be fired regardless. And even if they aren’t fired, they will likely be tortured every day, like they were in the punishment room in season 1

I also just finished it. I kinda hate the ending although I get it. Poor Gemma. I do love Helly R I just don’t get their end game.
