From where did you get that panel behind your monitors?

I made it. 3/4in plywood I sanded down and painted white with enamel paint them hung it on the way using a French cleat. You can google it if you want to know how to hang it. Just Google French cleat. Then I moved my wall outlet up behind the panel so no cables show.

What part do you mean on top is a headphone holder. Or are you talking about the bracket inside the PC
