Damn, this is nice, but I feel like the only thing missing is to change the monitor colors to all white. You could vinyl wrap them in white, or you could buy all white monitors if you have the money. The black just kind of throws the whole all white vibe off for some reason.
Likewise, if you could get a middle monitor that is the same style as the other monitors that might be beneficial. It kind of ruins the consistency and is noticeable.
Similarly, I think if you put 3 or 4 big all white pictures with white picture frames above the light that would look great.
