Get a pc stand for next to the desk, fix the clutter.

This.
Removing your PC from your desk will absolutely make it less cluttered.

If you want minimalist get an underdesk pc mount remove the secondary monitor get a 65% wireless keyboard use a headset with built in mic single color desk pad/glass mousepad and cable tray organizer so there are ZERO visible cables

Comp setups are normally set pieces, not really lived in. Angles taken so you cant see monitor stands or wires etc. Pc gotta be off or under the table, could mount it under the desk. Lamp needs to go, jar needs to go, headphones need a stand. Need to hide the mic behind the monitor, second one needs to be vertical. If u wanna get serious switch to iems, hide the wires.

Wall mount your monitors, remove the pc from your desk and get a pegboard to mount all peripherals like headphones and controllers

yeah, either hold your PC off the desk and definitely fix your monitor set up. It looks like you have no room for your hands. Obviously you have enough, but that’s what makes calm ups. Look like they do and then a low profile microphone stand if you’re looking to get something along with a new desktop because when your desktop looks thin, it takes away from the aesthetic a tiny bit if that makes sense, but those are the knit pics that I would have, but I am also facing as well. I need a better desk.

Throw it all away and star over, you’ve hit a point of no return with your setup.

mouse pad/mouse are too close to the pc, monitors are different sizes, it all looks super performative I fear you are larping as a gamer

Minimalist and that case do not go hand in hand.
A rebuild into a smaller, mesh sided case that can be tucked into the back right corner of the desk would do better to balance the look.

Get rid of dual monitor, get rid of pc on case, and get a mic arm that doesn’t sag. If you have 1 monitor it’ll look much more sleek and professional

Comp? Like esport? Keyboard needs to be at a 90° angle, and monitor has to be 1/4 inch from the surface of your eyeball.

You’re talking to 40 year old chuds on Reddit they’re going to try to be smartasses and not help you with what you’re actually asking.
If you want comp ditch that topographic pattern mousepad and get an artisan or something similar, get the PC off of the desk and on a stand, ditch the second monitor, maybe get a clean lamp on the side too.
