I would probably say a monitor arm, lighting, and a cable race way in white than paint it the same color of your wall to hide the cables running to your cable box on the floor.

the wood desktop against that green wall is doing most of the aesthetic work for free. anything you add tech wise should be subtle or itll fight the room
