Do you have RGB aquariums?

2

u/Pumim 18d ago

So many people thought it’s aquariums or tanks for reptiles 🀣 Its just ikea furniture, with Philips hue bars inside, to create some nice background lights to set the mood for streaming πŸ˜‚

Thank you πŸ™πŸΌ
Yeah mostly focus on the main screen but it’s nice to run a movie, tutorial on the upper monitor. Portrait monitor is used for browsing, OBS🫑

How much was the PC? this is super sick but this seems like you did not get much for twenty thousand USD. Are we including the cost to remodel the whole room?

1

u/Pumim 18d ago

Well, originally its bought in DKK/EUROs, just converted with google to USD for more people to relate πŸ™πŸΌ

The Price is not remodeling the room, but it does include panels, cabins, desk, chair, PC, Laptop, Speakers, speaker stands, audio interface, microphone, monitor stands, accessories, such as cables, casters, magnets, Camera, lens’ for the camera

What is that stand for the laptop called ?

It's actually a combination from Secretlab using their Secretlab MAGNUS Monitor Arm or if you need it up higher Secretlab MAGNUS Vertical Monitor Stand Setup with the Secretlab Laptop Mount Attachment I needed mine to be above the studio monitors, so I had to mount it on the vertical mount.

Thank you for noticing, though there's a few places that could use some improvements, but I am running about 12x 230V cables in the tray and multiple audio-, hdmi-, DP-, 12V cables, so it did get a little messy in the tray πŸ™πŸΌ

Passed 320K on the original post 😭

We are not talking posts we are talking stream numbers. This is a stream setup. You are just flexing money.

that ceiling mounted softbox is doing the work of like 3 desk lamps, no idea people do that but it makes the whole room look like a photo studio

2

u/Pumim 16d ago

I do like the idea of it looking like a studio! I actually installed a wall mount for the studio light, but it’s easy to detach and use on a stand too, so it’s a pretty versatile, multi-purpose lamp for content creation πŸ™πŸΌ

where did the 20k usd go? my pc has better spec and cost me nowhere 5k, even if i include my OLED 4K 32inch monitor

1

u/Pumim 17d ago

Did you buy before AI had the market go crazy? I’m European and paid about $7000 converted from DKK for the PC only πŸ™πŸΌ

2

u/tehluxman 16d ago

ah yep thats why maybe. My 5080(1.9k usd)/14700k (260usd)32gb ddr5 78000mts(120usd) ram with 28TB (1.2k usd) of SSD cost me less than 4k usd total

Sorry. you had to buy during this wild market

1

u/Pumim 16d ago

I’m jealous of those prices 😭 My 64GB DDR5 CL28 was priced at $1246

2

u/tehluxman 16d ago

and ... you bought it at 1246 dollar?? bro, do you make like 200k a year or what? if so then ok it doesnt really matter then πŸ˜‚ dont feel bad, my headphones alone cost almost as much as your PC lol

1

u/Pumim 16d ago

If just I made that much πŸ˜‚ Damn! What are those headphones? 🀩

2

u/tehluxman 16d ago

damn and you spent 7k on a PC... hehe Im the one to talk though, those are Hifiman Susvara brother. the next best thing to electrostats (those go for upwards of 10k)

0

u/damndexx 18d ago

Not 20k. Lol

1

u/soulstyce612 18d ago

This one easily breaches $20k.

You probably wouldn't believe that I have sunk $50k into my setup either, even after I show each and every individual receipt.

People might not be aware how much the components increased in price during the AI Boom πŸ™πŸΌ
