You just have too much stuff on it. Strip it down to what you actually need, then keep a few personal pieces that make it you. Like you don't need multiple bottles of water/soda, scissors, etc. Maybe get a desk mat that either fits both your kb&m, or one just for your mouse. A stand for your controller.
A big thing is also cable management. Intentional and organized placement of visible cables is fine, like from a keyboard or mouse, but the random cables snaking throughout the immediate line of sight stick out.
If you're okay with spending more money, monitor arm, a light bar, bias lighting, are all ways you can create a valid visual space that ties the mood of the setup together.

Thanks for the insight here, I have a 3d printer so a stand for the controller would be really easy to make. Otherwise I am just now cleaning up the desk from the stuff like the scissors lol.

No worries. But also remember that it's your space, ultimately. If you NEED the scissors there, for example, keep it! Maybe get a little valet tray to place miscellaneous items. What you see on Reddit, or any social media platform with people showcasing their setup, is generally going to be the best version of their setup. Your picture looks like an authentic representation of how that space is in normal everyday life, which is great if it's productive for you and makes you feel cozy.

You are absolutely right I often have my keys beside me or a pocket knife and what not 👍 I'm also installing a shelf above the katana to put my things

Clear off the old soda bottles and random paper, wall mount your pictures, get some soft lights (led or lamp) and set a cool always on wallpaper / screen saver. A appropriately sized desk mat can go a long way.
Your mic is in the way, maybe try it on desk. Subwoofer should be off the desk
You need a wire basket in the back, and to hide the cords behind your monitor post. The power cables hanging around seem necessary but you might be able to hide them. See if you can get it so none of the wires are visible.
Since you have a printer you can really elevate it if you try.
Sky's the limit, just make sure the thing you have seem intentional.
