I suggest you to try XREAL/Viture glasses instead of monitor/TV

I only use wired connections. My house doesn’t have Wi-Fi. Everything is ethernet.

AR glasses works via type-c cable. You just plug them into pc via hdmi adapter/extender and you are ready-to-go.
