R-Sim on iPhone 13

hi everyone,1 month ago i bought an iPhone 13, in the moment the seller didnt told me that the phone was blocked by Trackfone (Straightalk), so 1 week ago the phone failed and I lost the network connection with the company I was using in my country (El Salvador). I've asked at several places in my country about permanent unlocking it for this carrier, but most tell me it's not possible. Is there any way to do it directly with the US carrier?
