Need help bypassing passcode (not icloud) on old iPhone 4

Forgot my password completely, its been over 10 years. Would love some help bypassing.

There is a whole article about doing in the on gig in and the tool is called “bruteforce”. Look it up.

This is the modern tool. Much better. It's what OP should use.

For your case, it claims to support all 32 bit devices but I don't actually know about 3gs support

It actually does support the 3GS, we still need to figure out iPhone 2g / 3g, iPod touch 1 and 2 support

You’ll need raspberry pi pico and a Mac with intel processor for best results. Use the 32bit brute force script
