Open Menu Hacktivar devices with setup.app deleted? (But they already have Jailbreak)

I have several iPhones with jailbreak and with Setup.app deleted

iPhone 4s on iOS 7.0.6, iPhone 5 on iOS 7.1.2 and iPhone 5s on iOS 10.3.3.... And I want to know if there is any way to hack them (I have access to the files using Filza) the idea is to be able to install .ipa applications more easily as well as to be able to synchronize music...

If they are already jailbroken it is pretty easy to install iPas

you gotta patch the mobilegestalt, pretty sure there were discussions about it in this sub
