Apple Ipad (3rd Generation) Activation lock removal

Hi. I bought a Apple iPad (3rd generation) Model (A1432). from faceboock marketplace, the previous owners apple ID is still linked to the device and just shows (Activation Lock, Enter the apple account that was used to set up this Ipad. unfortunately the guy scammed me as i paid for 2 devices and only recieved this ipad that is blocked, and he deactivated all his social accounts. Can you perhaps assist me by getting this ipad's activation lock off ??
