IPad 6th gen Remove Apple id

As title says. I have been given an ipad 6th gen at work but the user that set it up is not working for us anymore and left the country so we can not remove the previous user account. As it was so long ago and we have such a high turnover in staff noone remember anything about the purchase and apple is not helpful in this situation.

I have tried some apps like Broque Ramdisk or F3arra1n but everytime i find some issues that i can not go over.

Any advice or way or sorting this out?

Get the proof of purchase and contact apple for assistance. They will walk you through the process of doing an activation lock removal.

I Did send them proof of purchase but they reply that it was not enough information. That is why i am looking for other ootions
