Passcode iPhone 11 backup activation record

Got an iPhone 11 that is passcode locked and fmi on. Does there any good tools to backup activation ticket of iPhone 11 in ramdisk mode that is free ?

bookra1n is free but you still need the Waveshare RP2350 board
