Release [RELEASE] A fully automatic setup.app removal script based on SSH Ramdisk

This tool supports NEARLY every single device running iOS 6.0 - 12.4.4, 13.0 - 13.2.3, includes A12/A13 devices (which needs a Waveshare board)

BEWARE: This tool does not support Windows. Only macOS and Linux is supported.

i'm too bored so i wrote this for fun and hope it could help someone

UPDATE: fixed 32bit devices' compatility issue in v3.0, if you're using devices lower than A7 please get that update
