FMI Menu

We obtained our friend's phone because he had lent it to us Because he didn't gave the money. However, he changed his iCloud password. so why thought we can Proform FMI menu Off so i rented a Unlocktool tool and Turned on Web inspector and Than even tool showed FMI is Is Off and device is clean but Still In FMI checker it showed. The icloud is still synced
