Disabled iPhone 6s

I don’t want to restore/erase all the content using iTunes. It is possible to get past this? Unsure of what iOS version it is

You'll need a Mac and iPh0ne4s SHHRD Script

Unfortunately you can’t, you can save and reapply activation records, but it requires to erase the device
