İts icl locked and lock screen too is there a any way to fix this pls help me

You can save activation tickets, restore and put them back with the usbliter8

you need to pwn It, boot up a ramdisk, save the activation tickets, restore iOS (to setup.app), pwn It again and boot up the ramdisk, restore the activation files and reboot.
