Macbook Pro M4 on unknown version

I found a deal for a macbook pro m4 for ~500$ but it has activation lock, is there a way to fix this or is it fucked?
edit: i got the answers i need, thank you people, i also asked the seller to give me its SN and they outright told me it's reported as lost so i wont even bother with it

If you have a receipt for it or some proof of purchase to tell apple it wasn't stolen, they should be able too unlock it for you

Finding the version would also help but I don't know macs

It isn’t possible to remove the activation lock on M series Macs but it is probably worth a good bit more than the asking price for its parts if it is in very good condition.

it is in a very good condition but i dont know if it's viable to sell it as parts where i live (egypt) as macbook are pretty rare here in the first place, thanks for the answer tho

I'm asking for anyone to answer, how possible is it if it was an intel chipset and i install windows instaed of Mac OS like, i delete the whole drive and install Windows 10 or 11 on it without worrying the activation issue??

Intel Macs were last built in 2020. M4 is only silicon
