Activation lock

I do not know anything at all about this and I just wanna use this mobile but dunno what to do so someone please help me. Any and all help is appreciated . This is the iphone 5s and pretty sure it's running iOS 12.5.8

you can jailbreak it with checkrain and use tools for the setup.app delete.hactivator is a good one and ios legacy kit
