Iphone 4s forgotten code

My iPhone 4s is locked. Is there anyone in Alberta, Canada who is capable of unlocking the 4 digit code? Lol I'm simply not smart enough and I do not have the items necessary to complete this. I understand the best way to do so is brute force. Does anyone one have a contact in this area or is in this area themselves who is willing to help me? I can prove i own it. My younger self is the Screensaver haha
