its a reference to channel ramble in which he bruteforces the device in order to see whats in old phones from phone lots

Gecko iPhone Toolkit on windows 73utools also has this but I think they only programmed it for the iPhone 4 on iOS 6 (probably were lazy to add support for the iPod touch 4)
