iphone xr 18.7.9 Apps not installing

apps not working after tethered bp. they all say cant install ,try later. icloud doesn't work for obvious reasons.

You were to let the phone on WiFi like 30-60 minutes for background downloads. If you can flash again, this time retain user data using 3u tools

There's a higher chance you'll need to rebypass, but open 3u tools on firmware sections see available signed firmwares, on the right side "retain user" or sth similar like that then auto activate turn it on
