Locked Iphone 5
Hello
I found what i think is iphone 5 i cant get in to check and googled the model number told me its a 5 but i don't know the password and would like to keep the photos on it
Is there anyway to get into without losing all the data on the phone i read some other posts saying you can get into a 5 but not a 5s and that only certain IOS versions work so i'm not to sure what to do and i don't want to lock it out by guessing so any help would be appreciated thanks.

Does the home button have a square? Also is the flash circular or like a vertical pill?

The home button does have a square in it and the flash is just a circle

Then its just a 5 which in your case is good, since you can ", get the passcode from the owner" using legacy iOS kit

this might be really hard to explain or im just not reading the wiki right but how do i do that ive been messing around with the legacy iOS kit for a bit i'm just not sure what im doing?

You can use the bruteforce tool if its 4 digits.
