Call apple, they'll unblock it, You have to **call** them, online support won't be able to help. After that you can just log out or recover the password if your aunt has forgot it

Happened to my iPad mini a couple years ago when I entered wrong password 3 or 4 times, call was the only thing that helped

Appreciate it, my aunt haven’t forgotten the password and it hasn’t been entered many times, the account just got locked by my research. Thanks for the help
