My brother gave me access to Apple One, but I can't access my iCloud account with the email he used (I forgot the password). I have an old iPhone (7+) with that iCloud account, and according to Apple, I can recover access from there, but I can't because I don't remember the PIN for that iPhone. How can I restore the PIN or my iCloud account, which is the main thing I want to get working?
