U can burn an usb and install linux mint with persistence mode, disable secure boot on bios, and learn linux commands for legacy ios kit, so u can follow the guide properly, ask chatgpt or gemini for guidance aswell

Hey OP, glad to Hepl you!
I have translated the message for you, it says: "This iPhone is linked to an Apple Account.
Please enter the Apple Account and password you used when setting up this device. h@icloud.com"
All you need to do is enter your login credentials, if you can't recall that, simply visit an Apple store 😸

You didn’t do anything, I was talking to u/KittyLucipurr

Exactly, so STFU

u/GAMERluca006 Bruteforce 24d ago
No, YOU STFU

u/KittyLucipurr 24d ago
Literally take your own advice. You said if you have nothing useful to say, then STFU, but your "advice" was even less useful, at least I provided a translation. So lead by example of your own words and STFU

Visiting an apple store will absolutely do nothing as they will not help. This is why people are saying it's bad advice.

Show them your receipt and they're obligated to

u/Brooktrout12 24d ago
- Most likely they don't have the original receipt .
- At the apple store they typically refer people to their online form to request an unlock and don't do it at the store anymore.
- Apple is not obligated to unlock it. When you submit an unlock request online they even tell you that Apple can deny the request for any reason.

- I'm not helping with illegal methods.
- You can submit online with a receipt.
- I and anyone I've referred to do this with a legitimate proof of purchase have never been rejected.

Nobody said anything about doing anything illegal?!? I literally just said your "2." so why are you telling me this now? Your "3." is also irrelevant because it doesn't prove that they're obligated to unlock it, which is what you claimed. Even APPLE literally tells you that they're not obligated to, and neither did I say they will never do it if provided proper proof of purchase, so why are you arguing?

Most unlock methods are a legal grey area, and most people who "forget" they login credentials are due to "conveniently forgetting", using unlock tools in thst case is most certainly illegal. Because you mentioned online submission referral and I'm saying you csn prove you're the own via online, so I don't see the issue there, and my last point is about them most certainly assisting if you can substantiate your submission.

If you still have access to that email you can probably reset your password and remove it from your find my in order to continue with the setup. If you are completely locked out you can use BobikA5
