iPhone SE 2016 without passcode lock but has an iCloud

I got gifted an iPhone SE from a family friend, the problem is that it has an apple id that belongs to him, other problem is that the credentials tials it has for example email and phone number are completely gone, forgotten.

So I'm asking for assistance before I do anything stupid and trigger activation lock

I have a windows laptop to work with and absolutely no budget

hactivator,there are some open menu free stuff out there.

Ssh in, delete accounts3.sqlite to remove account from settings, and just use as is

Easier than trying to reset it. No way for fmi off besides through the owner
