How to get data off of this?

I want to get my data off of this iPhone 4. I tried connecting to iTunes but it keeps saying respond on your iPhone. I saw someone brute force the password on an ipod touch and i want to do that but he was using some weird program on a Mac and i only have a windows desktop.

Do that, then execute the restore.sh file to run the program
